Brings up a Conn with audio: true, so the offer
carries the fixed opus / telephone-event m-section, and attaches a microphone
track. Passes once the datachannel is open and the audio transceiver has a
mid; whether a remote track arrives is reported in the detail line,
since nothing answers RTP yet — that is what the Asterisk work will add.
