Two Conns in this one page connect to each other by exchanging
candidates directly (standing in for whatever signalling a real app would
use). Exercises candidate fixup, the polite-peer / DTLS-role derivation and
TURN allocation on turnserver — though when both peers are on
this machine ICE will normally settle on a host pair. Add
?relay=1 to force the traffic through the relay.
